When Jacoby was 2 weeks old we started going to a luncheon at the hospital he was born in. There we met five other moms and seven other babies (two of the moms have twins!) with whom we started a play group. This week we met up at Shellayna's pool for a swim lesson.
Here's Shellayna taking Sofia for a cruise around the pool. Coincidentally, Shellayna was also in the same childbirth class that Robert and I took.
Here's Evan taking a ride in his floating crab - the cadillac of baby pool toys. Plenty of storage for toys and a sun shade to boot. Do they make these for adults? Maybe add a cup holder and we'd be set :o)
Jacoby loves to swim! He was in the pool for over an hour this afternoon! He loves to be led around the pool on his tummy - he even sticks his face in the water! Isn't quite blowing bubbles yet...but by next summer for sure.
Adelaide didn't like the pool at first, but warmed up after she saw how much fun her brother was having in the crab float. Heather (mom) brought along Paul (dad) for some extra supervision while they swam.
Last but not least, Link...he was loving that fresh pool water. Watch out Michael Phelps!
